I don’t ever leave reviews but my experience with Jennifer’s Ride Share was too good to keep a secret. I travel often and a national brand has been my go-to rideshare vendor. I recently reserved a trip with said national vendor from rural Leander to ABIA and requested a 3:00 a.m. pick-up. After waiting all day only to see my go-to vendor was still “searching for a driver,” I knew I needed a better option to guarantee I would not be without transportation when I woke up for my early morning flight. Sleeping ahead of an early flight is challenging enough but nearly impossible when you’re concerned that you’ll wake up only to find there wasn’t a driver that accepted your reservation request and you’re stranded. So, I called the main number for Jennifer’s Ride Share not too long before closing and got a voice mail telling me to text Presley. Within minutes of my text, I had a response inquiring more about my needs. I replied with my urgent request for middle-of-the-night service just hours away. Immediately, I received a response saying they were searching for a driver to accommodate my request for a middle-of-the-night ride to ABIA. To my amazement, I received confirmation that a driver was indeed available and then received a text message confirming all of the details. I would have paid above market rate for this last minute reservation and the peace of mind it brought but it was actually $14 less than the quote I received from the well-known national brand. Sure, there isn’t an app and payment isn’t as slick since you’ll need to pay the driver directly, but these are very minor considerations. Everything about my ride was coordinated via text message in minutes and their reminder text messaging system was very handy. My driver arrived 5 minutes early and we left my driveway at 3:00 a.m. on the dot. My driver was courteous, helpful, and had the rear heated seat all ready to greet this weary passenger in the cold morning hours. He asked me about my trip and shared his enthusiasm for my travel, talking just the right amount (not a lot!) but always focused on the road. My driver was fantastic, being careful to allow merging cars to join us on the trek down 183 in the dark. I’m a nervous passenger and felt extremely safe in this very tidy SUV which he made sure was a comfortabe temperature. My driver thanked me for trying Jennifer’s and asked how I heard about them. The truth is, I’d seen them post on Facebook several times and probably wouldn’t have tried them if I wasn’t in a bind. I’m so glad I did and will only use THEM for loca l transportation in the Leander/Cedar Park/Liberty Hill/Austin area from now on. Don’t be like me and wait to give Jennifer’s a try. If you want a fantastic customer experience, skip the national guys and book with Jennifer’s Ride Share. You won’t be sorry!

Such great service. It was so troublesome when my flight got Re-arranged from Zurich to Austin & then changed airlines to Denver due to airline & airport over load! Then delays again – only to bring me into Austin after 1AM. James & his drivers care & help out even when you struggle to communicate from across the world! Thanks James & America for your help to get me home after 1 & 1/2 days of crazy travel arrangements. ✈️🤪
