** Payment Information**

Jennifer’s Ride Share LLC accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment is due upon completion of the ride.

**Terms:**

Jennifer’s Ride Share LLC is an appointment-based private car service that operates similarly to a ride-share service but without the wait or the risk of driver cancellations due to better opportunities.

As an appointment-based service, we require customers to have a credit card on file when booking an appointment. Please note that your card will not be used for payment unless authorized. You will always have the choice of how you wish to pay at the completion of every trip.

Our service area covers all of Williamson County and a few select communities outside, including Burnet, Marble Falls, and Pflugerville. Whether you are a Williamson County resident, located within Williamson County, or need a ride from outside the county, we are pleased to provide our services.

**Airport Trips:**

Jennifer’s Ride Share LLC offers both airport drop-offs and pick-ups. Given the increasing number of flight delays and cancellations, we understand the challenges faced by passengers and the impact on our car service. There are two types of delays to consider:

1. Ground Stop: This delay occurs before the plane departs from the airport. We kindly request that you immediately notify us of such delays so that we can reschedule your pick-up time. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $21.74 per hour applied to the fare.

2. Inflight Delay: These delays are typically caused by weather conditions en route. No additional charges will be added in these cases.

In the event of a last-minute flight cancellation after pick-up, the customer is responsible for the fare. However, if the cancellation occurs during the journey or at the airport, our driver will gladly return you home at no additional charge.

Airport trips are charged at a flat rate, which includes any extras such as tolls and surcharges.

**Cancellation:**

Jennifer’s Ride Share LLC has revised its cancellation policy due to an increasing number of cancellations. We have always had a policy of no charge if a customer cancels before the driver is en route. However, last-minute cancellations have become problematic, necessitating a policy change.

Since we operate on an appointment basis, we block off specific time slots for each customer. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other bookings during that time.

The following cancellation policy will apply:

1. Same-day appointments cannot be canceled, and the customer will be charged the full fare.

2. For appointments scheduled in advance, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Appointments not canceled at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged as follows:
– 3:59 to 3 hours before: 25% of the fare
– 2:59 to 2 hours before: 50% of the fare
– 1:59 to 1 hour before: 75% of the fare
– Less than 1 hour before: full fare will be charged.
